The IAGTO Americas Week has been created to support all of our golf destinations in North America, Latin America and the Caribbean together with golf tour operators worldwide selling these regions.
Three days of meetings will be combined with announcements, promotions, presentations, forums and webinars, to give the Americas the best possible platform for growing golf tourism from both domestic and international markets.
The Appointment Diary will be open for 12 hours each day, from 9am to 9pm EDT, but you can block off times when you are not going to be available, and you do not need to accept meetings at inconvenient times. You can also change the time of a meeting if you need to.

Standard meetings are 15-minutes with a 5-minute break between meetings, but you can of course simply keep talking if you need more time.
Your Appointment Diary will be shown in your Local Time.
You decide how many meetings you want to have, at what time and on which days.
You can block time in your diary when you are not available for meetings.
Although all participants are categorised as Buyers or Suppliers, you can request a meeting with anyone in either category.
Meetings will only be confirmed where both participants agree to meet.
You can continue to set up and re-schedule appointments during the event.
You can live-message with other delegates during the Convention.
Our messaging platform will be available for you for 4 weeks after the event.
