Championship courses of the Hardenberg Golf Resort are ranking at No. 2 and 3 in the "Leading Golf Courses Tests 2012

Nörten-Hardenberg/Lüneburg November 2012: Outstanding greens and fairways: That´s the essence of the jury´s verdict in the "Leading Tests 2012" for the Hardenberg GolfResort in Southern Lower Saxony. For the first time, the two 18-hole championship courses, the "Göttingen Course" and the "Niedersachsen Course", rank as second and third best course within the "Leading Golf Course of Germany" Cooperation.

At the end of the 2012 season the independent auditors of "Leading Golf Courses of Germany" are convinced by the quality and value, the course maintainance, all practice facilities, the Service Center and the catering trade.

Currently, 38 member clubs represent the test model developed by an international market research institute. Using so-called "mystery test". Anonymous testers are testing nine times a year the golf courses. A total of 100 criteria show attention to the strengths and weaknesses.

Because of the membership of both Hardenberg Golf Resort Courses, they had 18 test visits. The aim of the Community "Leading Golf Courses" is to preserve golf at the highest level and to ensure compliance with the Rules of Golf, the dress code and etiquette.

"The tests are part of our fundamental component of our Qualitymanagement" explains Norbert Hoffmann, Managing Hardenberg Golf Club eV, and adds: "This extraordinary result confirms our course maintenance strategy and is a challenge for the coming years. It makes us proud to be among the TOP golf courses in Germany
and it encourages us to manifest these results in the future."

The Hardenberg Golf Resort is a member of the "Leading Golf Courses of Germany" for many consecutive years now.

Membership can be claimed when a golf club in the trial year achieved a net result, at least equivalent to the average of all member clubs. The regional significance, the charisma or the image on the taking of the clubs are also criterias.
