Plexus Law and Argent Health & Safety both part of the Parabis Group, have today announced details of a major tie-in for the provision of services to The International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO) which is the global trade organisation for the golf and tourism industry. The agreement commences with immediate effect.
Plexus Law will be providing a legal advice service to the membership with a special emphasis on Travel Law. Leading travel industry lawyer Claire Mulligan will head up the Plexus Law team.
Argent H&S will be providing health and safety services which will include the auditing of hotels, golf club facilities, restaurants etc. Additionally, a dedicated health and safety helpline will be provided for all IAGTO members. Argents’ Business Development Director, Terry Auld, will head the health and safety team up.
