Saturday 5th May saw Korineum Golf Resort host the 1st Digiturk Amateur Open Golf Tournament. Players were welcomed with a ‘goodie bag’ upon arrival from Kibris Digiturk representatives before playing to compete for the premium prices from Digiturk  of installation and 1 year Full package for the lucky winners.

Players and invited guests from the Executive Management team from Digiturk in Istanbul were treated to a wonderful Cocktail Reception on the putting green in front of the Clubhouse.

The Price Giving Ceremony started with a welcome from John Torris ( Korineum Golf & Country Club Captain). Dr Gunay Çerkez ( Director of Kibris Digiturk) thanked all those involved in making such a prestigious sponsored Tournament happen.  He emphasized the importance of players and members support and participation to make the Golf Club into what it is today.

General co-ordinator for Kibris Digiturk, Hasan Çerkez and International Sales Manager for Digiturk, Ismail Yıldırım were representatives from the Executive Management team to congratulate the Winners.
All agreed that the velvet greens of Korineum Golf Resort were in perfect condition and looked forward to playing the same Tournament format next year.
