Taber Anderson, a real estate investment and development veteran with more than 30 years of industry experience, has been named CEO/Managing Director of Quivira Los Cabos, Mexico’s premier luxury residential resort community located at Land’s End on the tip of the Baja Peninsula along a dazzling three-mile stretch of pristine beach.

Anderson’s professional portfolio includes the development of award-winning master-planned communities in Arizona, New Mexico, Hawaii and Scotland. His extensive luxury development experience includes his direction of the $330 million Montelucia Resort, Spa and Villas development in Paradise Valley, Ariz.

Prior to joining Quivira Los Cabos, Anderson was instrumental in assembling an all-star roster of real estate professionals in forming The True Life Companies, as well as its off-shoot Symmetry Companies, a resort-focused residential development company. He also navigated the negotiations and acquisitions of two distressed, but well-positioned luxury communities in Arizona and one in Hawaii, all of which ultimately launched Symmetry.

His expertise lies with real estate investment, infrastructure development, planning and construction of community amenities, and custom and production home building.
