The role will see Norris working with two of Starwood’s 5* luxury golf resorts in the region, The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa and The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, both offering exclusive golfing experiences for local and international golfers at two Troon-managed championship courses; Abu Dhabi Golf Club and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club.
With extensive experience in the golfing industry, as well as a strong interest in golf tourism, Norris will be responsible for the management of key leisure accounts and the delivery of impeccable service and hospitality for each facility’s partnering golf tour operators, as well as individual golf travelers through third parties.
Norris brings with him over four years’ 5* golf resort experience in the Middle East, having recently moved from his Sales Manager position at the Troon Golf-managed, The Address Montgomerie Dubai. Norris is a full member of The Professional Golfers Association (PGA), following his graduation of the Applied Golf Management Studies degree through the University of Birmingham in 2011.
