The 10th annual edition of the new IAGTO Directory will comprise approximately 300 pages with the following sections:

  1. Introduction
  2. IAGTO Membership Services Categories
  3. Editorial features on 20 different golf destinations
  4. IAGTO Directory including names and contact details of all IAGTO members (Correct at time of printing)
  5. Directory of the International Golf Travel Writers Association members (Correct at time of printing)
Destination Features online for Operators

All Destination Features appearing in the 10th Edition of the IAGTO Directory will also be duplicated online for access by IAGTO Golf Tour Operators via the IAGTO website.

Proofs
  • Member listings are produced at the last minute to ensure they are as up to date as possible, so we are unable to send out proofs for Enhanced Listings.
  • Proofs for Full Page Adverts will be sent on request.
  • Proofs for both 6-page and 3-page features will be sent.

Enhanced Listing

  • A cost effective way of enhancing your directory listing
  • Colour photograph, brochure or logo alongside your listing
  • Width 39mm / Maximum height approx 35mm
    (Please try to keep artwork to a 4x3 landscape aspect-ratio)
  • We reserve the right to crop Enhanced Listing images due to page layout restrictions
  • This means we cannot accept images which are LESS than 470 pixels wide by 410 pixels high.
    (Please send much higher resolution if possible)

Full Page Advertisement

Please supply print-ready artwork, preferably as a 300dpi CMYK Adobe Acrobat PDF file (with all fonts ideally outlined, or if not embedded and a printed or JPG proof) or 300dpi CMYK TIF image to the following exact dimensions:

  • 154mm x 216mm (including a 3mm bleed)
  • Trim Area: 148mm x 210mm (A5 portrait/vertical)
  • Type area: 128mm x 190mm
    (Please don't have any important content outside of the type area otherwise your advert will need to be scaled down and have a white border around the edge of the page)
  • If you supply your artwork as a PDF and haven't converted all the text within it to outlines, we cannot be held responsible for changes of appearance to the text, due to unaccessible fonts.

6-Page Golf Destination Feature

  • Ideally suited for Tourist Boards and destinations looking to promote their region straight to the Golf Tour Operator
  • A quality feature introduces your destination to operators not already selling it
  • Includes a golf course map, golf course data table, photographs and 1600-1800 words editorial
  • Images supplied by the member as JPGs or TIFs at 300dpi or higher
  • IAGTO will design and produce your destination feature and send proofs for you to check

3-Page Mini Feature

  • Resorts and Hotel Groups are invited to request a 3-page editorial feature on your golf property in the IAGTO Directory
  • The mini feature can also include a full page colour advert, golf destination map, further photographs, and golf course data table
  • All text (500-1000 words - based on what is included from the above), photographs and tables are to be supplied by the resort in Word / Excel format and Images as JPGs or TIFs at 300dpi or higher.
  • IAGTO will design and produce your mini feature and send proofs for you to check
