Mexican Supplier Application

The MGTA is open only to suppliers from Mexico, including:

  • Golf Resorts
  • Golf Clubs & Golf Courses
  • Hotels & Hotel Groups
  • Ground Handlers
  • Transportation Companies
  • Regional Tourist Boards
  • Other Golf Tourism Industry Suppliers

The Registration Fee of USD 980 per company includes:

  • Complimentary IAGTO membership, running through to 31 December 2017 (worth $1000/year)
  • 1 delegate registration (additional delegate registration fees - $350)
  • All business sessions and networking functions throughout the Convention
  • 1 linen-covered-table with 4 chairs at MGTC for the 30 Pre-Scheduled Meeting sessions
  • Up to 27 pre-scheduled appointments of 12 minutes duration with golf tour operators at your table
  • 90 minutes of speed-dating introductions where you visit buyers at their tables with whom you do not have pre-scheduled appointments
  • Informal Welcome Reception on Monday 28 Nov
  • MGTC Golf Tournament at Moon & Spa Golf Club on Tuesday 29 Nov including lunch
  • MGTC Dinner on Tuesday 9 May including Opening Address
  • Lunch on 30 Nov

Not Included:

  • Hotel Accommodation
  • Airport/Hotel Transfers
  • Flights

Accommodation

Suppliers travelling from outside the Cancun-Riviera Maya area must stay at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort. If for any reason you are unable to stay at the Moon Palace, a surcharge of USD 350 will apply which will be paid to Moon Palace for the services provided.

MGTC room rates @ Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort:

  • USD 310 per room per night single occupancy
  • USD 350 per room per night double occupancy
    • Moon Palace is an all-inclusive resort with taxes and gratuities also included

Mexico Golf Tourism Convention 2016
REGISTRATION FEE & MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE

You will be invoiced for the MGTC Registration Fee including IAGTO Membership on receipt of your application.

Your IAGTO membership will begin upon receipt of payment and run through to 31 December 2017, so there are major advantages in remitting payment as soon as possible.

NAME CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF MGTC ATTENDANCE

Name changes can be made without charge.

Because the Registration Fee is less that the standard IAGTO annual membership fee, no refunds will be made on the Registration Fee if you need to cancel your attendance of the Convention. Your membership will of course remain in place until 31 December 2017.

Additional delegate fees will be refunded in full less a USD 50 cancellation charge.

MOON PALACE GOLF & SPA RESORT

A USD 350 registration fee surcharge will apply if supplier delegates choose not to not stay at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort. This surcharge will be collected by IAGTO and passed directly to Moon Palace for the services they are providing. Suppliers located in the Cancun-Riviera Maya region will be exempt from this surcharge.
