The North America Golf Tourism Convention is only open to IAGTO members. However, we have included IAGTO membership for the duration of 2012 within costings provided below, so that any supplier in North America can attend. The prices below therefore apply only to companies who are NOT already IAGTO members

Complimentary IAGTO membership for the company (this does not apply to hotel or golf course groups – groups should contact IAGTO to discuss alternative arrangements). Membership will run through to 31 December 2012. Membership has a value by itself of over $1000.

Costs

US$1250 including all taxes
US$490 for additional delegates

Hotel accommodation must be booked and paid for directly with the IP Casino Resort & Spa at a rate of $120++ on 6 & 7 June and $190++ on 8 June based on single or double occupancy. Additional $13.67++ per person for breakfast per day. All rates are currently subject to Harrison County room tax, currently at 5%, state sales tax of 7% and a US$ 5.60 per night resort fee.

The Golf Tournament is an optional extra at the subsidised rate of US$100 including golf cart and taxes. The shotgun start Tournament will be at The Preserve Golf Club and Shell Landing Golf Club at 1:30pm on Friday 8th June.
