The Event
Host Venue: Palace of the Golden Horses at The Minest Resort and Golf Club
The first IAGTO Asia Golf Tourism Convention will take place at The Mines Resort and Golf Club in Kuala Lumpur from 22-25 April 2012.
IAGTO will bring 150 golf tour operators (buyers) from all key markets including Japan, Korea, China, SE Asia, Australia, USA,
Canada and Europe as well as from emerging markets like Africa, India, Russia and Latin America. All invited buyers will be qualified golf tour
operators who sell Asian golf destinations.

150 golf resorts, golf courses, hotels, receptive operators, tourist boards and other golf tourism suppliers exclusively from the Asian &
Oceanic region will also be invited to attend the Convention and to meet with these operators on a 1:1 basis. There will be over 12 hours
of one-to-one meeting sessions over the 3-day event enabling suppliers to meet every operator who has potential business for them.
There will also be an IAGTO briefing on the golf tourism industry in Asia and plenty of networking opportunities including of course the
chance to play golf. If you are not already an IAGTO member, no problem, we will include one year’s membership within your Registration Fee!
