Terms and Conditions:	TERMS AND CONDITIONS Payments for the Convention Registration Fee to be received by IAGTO no later than 31 March 2011. IAGTO membership to begin upon receipt of payment. Name changes can be made without charge. CANCELLATION OF CONVENTION ATTENDANCE IAGTO will issue a refund if you need to cancel your attendance of the Convention on the following terms: • Refund of $650 if IAGTO is notified of cancellation up to 15 May (the balance will be retained by IAGTO as a contribution to your 2011 membership fee and your membership will continue through to 31 December 2011) * • Refund of $550 if IAGTO is notified of cancellation after 15 May* • No refund if you fail to notify IAGTO of cancellation but are unable to attend the Convention * The refund amounts quoted refer to the Registration of 1 person for the Convention. Any further Registration fees paid for additional delegates from your company will be refunded in full unless notification of cancellation is received after 16 May in which case a further $100 cancellation charge will apply per additional person. Any supplements paid for optional golf will be refunded in full provided IAGTO is notified in advance.
